Zachary's 5th birthday

We had Zachary's Birthday party awhile ago, I am just behind in getting things posted. His cake combined his two favorite things, Cars - Lightening McQueen, and Thomas the Train... It was a fun day at the park with all of the cousins. :)

February I (heart) U club page

Here was our February Club page... It turned out way cute. The pocket on the left page holds cards, They say We love _________ (fill in blank with childs name) Because _______ So then everyone writes down why they love this child. I did this with my kids, and made heart cookies, and took pictures. It was so much fun, I will post the pictures of the activity soon :) Anyways I have everyones pages kitted, so I will give them out when orders come in.

Pinewood Derby

We had our Pack pinewood derby. Brendan did so awesome, He took 1st in the wolf den, then 1st of the dens, and then they raced the whole pack, and he took 1st then too... He had a super fast car, Dad and Grandpa Hancock & Grandpa Parsons all helped build this superfast car.

Halloween fun!

We had so much fun for halloween, we had a ward trunk or treat on friday, and then went trick or treating on Saturday... The boys all had a blast, Cooper was so tired when we came home from trick or treating, that he found his blanket and went to sleep.

We had a family outing to the arizona diamondbacks game last month. Grandma and Grandpa Parsons, Uncle Rob, Cassie, Kaity, Bailey, Aunt Angel, Colin, Kirsten, Karley, Aunt Tammy, Brady, and us went, It was alot of fun to go as a family. The kids had fun with their cousins and watching the game.

Cooper turns 2!

We had Cooper's 2nd birthday. He loves the cat in the hat series, so I made him a Dr. Seuss hat for his cake. He is getting so big. We had a great party with cousin Jesse.

Cub Scout Advancements

The Order of the Arrow came to our pack meeting last month and we had a huge advancement ceremony. Brendan earned his wolf badge. He had to drink wolf blood and howl like a wolf. He worked so hard to get his wolf. We are very proud of him. Caleb has worked hard too. He earned his Webelos badge and his Arrow of Light. He had to pull the bow to prove he was strong enough to earn his Webelo. He got a great wooden arrow to hang on his wall to remind him of his accomplishment. I cant believe Caleb will be leaving cub scouts this month and moving on to boy scouts. He is growing up so fast.

Back to School

We made it through the summer. :) School started yesterday, and of course I got pictures of the boys to commemorate. Caleb is in 5th grade, can you believe it. He is starting band this year, playing the trumpet. Brendan is in 3rd grade, and Zachary is in Preschool 3 days a week. They all looked so big and grown up. Caleb and Brendan will be riding their bikes to school again this year and Zachary gets to ride the bus home.

August Club

Here is our August club page. It is a very fun zoo page using the new Tall Tales DSP, and Animal Stories stamp set from the new catalog. This page features a photo flip on the right page, It is a great way to get tons of pictures onto a spread. I know I always take way too many cute pictures at the zoo. Colors are so saffron, Chocolate Chip, Old Olive, Rose Red, and Brilliant Blue. Club will be Friday August, 7th at 7pm at my home. Kim is hosting. Remember to bring your glue and cutting tools :)

Caleb & Brendan are now officially Hancocks!! We went to court on June 15th, and David adopted both of the boys. It was such a great day at court. Judge McCarval was an awesome judge.. the boys made their own rulings... Caleb ruled that they could stay up till 9:30 that night, and Brendan ruled that we have to take them to Peter Pieper Pizza. The judge then ruled that the adoption was final and they each got to hit the gavel to make it final. We had lots of family come to celebrate this wonderful day with us.

Ok Ladies, Here is our club page for June. I know lots of us are going camping this summer so I thought it would be a fun and useful page. I cased this page from my upline Kim. :) Colors are Summer sun, Kiwi kiss, chocolate chip, pacific blue, The stamp set is an old camping stamp set. I will have several camping sets available at club. End of School Year

So It is the end of the school year :), This is Zachary with his three teachers. He has had an awesome year in preschool. He has learned so much, he knows all of his letters, numbers, shapes, colors, and can almost write his name byhimself.. His speech is doing so much better We can understand him 3/4th of the time now. He will be in Preschool again next year.

Caleb Has done so awesome with Miss Pieper. She has been a wonderful teacher and helped Caleb to grow and become such a better student. He made honor roll all this year because of this spectacular teacher. We are very proud of Caleb. Can you believe he is going to be in 5th grade next year.

Brendan had Mrs. Reeves this year. He has grown so much this year too. He was on honor roll most of the year, and Principals list this last quarter. We are very excited that Brendan will get Mrs. Reeves again next year for 3rd grade, she is moving grades and taking her whole class with her. Brendan has done an outstanding job this year and always tries his best.

I am so proud of all of my boys and the hard work they have done this year. I am looking forward to summer and spending time with them and having fun.

Teacher gifts

So this is what I came up with for our end of the year teacher gifts. Next year the teachers are required to wear their id badges, so I thought I would make them pretty beaded lanyards. Caleb and Brendan each have one teacher, and Zachary has 1 teacher, 2 assistants, and 1 speech teacher.... so 6 lanyards later :) I thought they turned out pretty. Still have two to wrap for Friday, but 4 are wrapped for Zacharys last day today.

Zachary's 4th birthday

We had Zachary's birthday party on Friday, We started out at the park but it was so windy, we retreated to grandma & papa's house to open presents & have cake and ice cream. Zach is so into Thomas the train right now, so of course he had to have a thomas cake. I thought he turned out pretty cute. :) We are so thankful for our sweet Zachary in our lives. He is getting so big.

Reid Park Zoo

Over spring break we went to the zoo in Tucson. We had such a great time. We were all amazed at how close you were to the animals. You could actually see them!! No walking up hills, and it was so nice and shaded. We went with Michaelle, Chance and Leah, and Becky & Buck and Savannah. We had a great time, This is such a great zoo. Best zoo for smaller kids.

Fun at the Park

We went to the park on my birthday with the kids and all the Hancocks. We had a picnic and played. It was a lot of fun, and I got some great shots of the kids playing. :)

It is a great spring page, I left it with no title so you can customize your own title. ie. Springtime Buzz, Cute As Can Bee..... The picture mat on the right is designed to hold 4 4x4 pictures on one mat. Anyways, this page uses so saffron, riding hood red, Washington apple dsp, ribbons, and the just buzzin by stamp set. Pinewood Derby

So Saturday was a busy day, we had the baptism, then Brendan's party, and then we had pinewood derby, all in one day. So the boys did very well, Caleb took first in the webelos den, and Brendan took first in the wolf den. Then they raced the 1st place cars of each den, Caleb took 1st of the pack, and Brendan took 2nd of the pack. They did awesome!!! It was a fun and busy day. I have lots of scrappin to do.

Blue & Gold Banquet

Our packs blue and gold baquet was this last Tuesday. Brendan received his Bobcat badge, and Caleb earned his citizenship belt loop and his citizenship webelos activity pin. The boys are doing so great in cub scouts and they love it.

Cooper's 1st day of nursury!!

Cooper is 18 months and went to nursury. :) This is the day we were counting down to at church. LOL the day that I can finally go to class and sit through the whole lesson. He is growing up so fast. He was so good in nursury, he has been so ready to go for the past few months.

Brendan Turns 8!!

Brendan Turned 8 yesterday. He wanted pizza for his birthday dinner. So I made homemade pizza and the kids helped. He got his wolf book and his scout shirt. We will have a family party on his baptism day, February 28th.
